Colby Conditioning offers clients complete 12 to 18 week in which we cover everything you need to know in order to get the best results possible from your personalized program, which is updated every 4-6 weeks. All of our programs involve a very unique and effective blend of social support, coaching, knowledge and accountability. Keith Colby, Owner of Colby Conditioning, has been involved in the Fitness Industry since 1996, and was voted one of Americas Top 100 Trainers by Men’s Journal.
Depending on what you want to work on, your program may include help with and instruction in the following key areas nutrition, supplementation, movement training, pre-habilitation training, core training, elasticity/reactive training, proper weight training techniques, functional strength training, cardiovascular training, interval training, flexibility training, Regeneration and Recovery. Clients are closely supervised as a Colby Conditioning coach takes them through an effective workout with attention to detail being paid to proper technique and safety.
Here at Colby Conditioning we spend a lot of time working with our clients on both the nutrition (see our online meal planning) AND the exercise components that are required for getting serious results.
We have clients that come for just program design and then follow through with their programs on their own (either at home or in their gym) and we also have clients that meet with us anywhere from 1-4 times/week depending on your goals, motivation, and budget.
All of our programs require a minimum of 12 weeks initial commitment.
